Do you bake your own pies or are they supplied?
All our pies including the decorations and toppings are handcrafted by our pastry team.
Feel free to take a peek of them at work in our Haji Lane outlet in the day from Tuesdays to Saturdays!


Are you guys halal certified?
We are not halal certified. However, we do use vegetable and beef gelatine in some of our products and alcoholic products are separated. No usage of pork and lard too.


How long do your pies keep without refrigeration?
Our pies can last up to 2 hours without refrigeration in a closed package.Duration may vary according to the environmental temperature.


And with refrigeration?
With refrigeration, our pies can last up to 3 days if stored in the fridge/chiller and about a week if kept in the freezer. Just remember to leave it out to defrost for about 15 minutes before serving.


Can the pies be heated up?
Our pies are eaten chilled. No need for them to be heated.


Can whole pie slices be cut into more than 10 slices?
Unfortunately, we can’t. Cutting the pies any smaller would cause the pie crust to crumble more. You may opt for the UNSLICED whole pie so you can manually cut them.


If I want to get an Assorted Pie, do I have to select 10 different flavours?
You don’t necessarily need to choose up to 10 flavours. You can decide to pick any flavours in any quantity that adds up to 10 slices.


Do you do pie customization?
For customization, we will have to check in with our pastry team. Feel free to share your requests via pies@windowsillpies.sg


Do you provide delivery services?
Yes, we provide island-wide delivery services. There is a minimum order of 1 whole pie and surcharge of $6. Delivery fees will be waived off for 2 whole pies and above to a single location.


What is the lead time for delivery?
Orders are to be made 3 days in advance to secure the desired flavours.


Do you accept last minute orders and deliveries?
Yes we do! However, it’s subjected to available flavours and timeslots. Just call in to either outlets to check on availability.


Payment method for delivery?
Payment can be made via checking out through our online shopping cart or at our outlets via cash or credit (masters/visa).


How will I know my order is confirmed after making payment?
You will receive a confirmation email on the order and payment being successful.If payment is made in store, you may keep your receipt for reference.
