Please make your orders before 12 noon, 2 days in advance.

You can pick your pies up from our shop in Pandan Valley. We also deliver for orders of 2 or more pies. Deliveries go out between 2-6pm everyday except Tuesday and Sunday.

Banana Cognac Almond Brittle Pie
Where rum would make sweet smelling bananas even sweeter, we instead chose cognac to bring out complexity in our banana mousse. Made with mascarpone, this light fragrant mousse is punctuated with salty bursts of almond brittle and slices of fresh banana that lend a sublime tartness.
